Why Drink Green Beer When You Can Drink Good Beer?
This St. Patty's Day, join the Druid City Garden Project and Little Savannah Restaurant for Swine & Wine, held at Birmingham's Old Car Heaven on Sunday, March 17th from 5-8pm. This outstanding event draws chefs from some of Birmingham's finest restaurants and a few guest chefs from out of town. The idea is simple: the chefs get together to roast some pigs overnight, make some delicious side dishes, and serve a big family style meal. Oh yeah, and there's wine and beer... Birmingham's Avondale Brewing, Back Forty Beer Co., Cahaba Brewing Co., and Birmingham Budweiser will be providing the beer and Grassroots Wines will be providing La Wine.
For the VIPs, The Bar Hops brings their funky brand of cocktailing to showcase the craft of liquid culture. With the help of Infinium Spirits & Cathead Vodka and a some of the Druid City Garden Project's harvest, VIP guests can partake in some of the Birmingham's finest hootch.

There'll be music from the bluegrass band The Yahoos String Band and a kids area with lots to do! This is a big family friendly event, and kids 12 and under get free admission!
We have three ticket options: $55 for regular admission, including food and beer and wine tastings, $80 for VIP includes food, beer and wine, a private seating area, special invite to meet the chefs before doors open, and a private bar with specialty concoctions, and $25 for those between the ages of 13-20. Boy, do we have an awesome event for y'all! Join us Sunday, September 9th from 5-7PM at the L&N Station for the first annual Garden Party! Local chefs will be paired with local farmers to bring us delicious food you won't want to miss. We have three levels of pricing, but each ticket guarantees the same exact meal. We want you to support us at whatever level you feel comfortable with, so we've devised a tiered pricing structure (named after the various cuts of the venerable swine). A limited number of tickets at each price are available, so ACT NOW!!!
The menu will include apps, a main, beer, and dessert. Trust me - the food is going to be better than anything else you'd get in Tuscaloosa that night...
A note about the PayPal button: We know a lot of you will be buying a ticket for two, so we've made it such that you can buy a single ticket (like "One Neckbone") or two tickets (like "Pair of Neckbones"). We are not computer savvy enough to figure out how to make Paypal sell various quanitities of multiple goods, so this is our not quite elegant work around. So, if you want to buy three tickets, you're going to have make at least two transactions. Sorry about that....
